Trevor Brodie
Trevor brings more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience, most recently serving as Senior Director of Hospitality at Amsterdam Brewing Co. in Toronto. He oversees operational strategy, guest experience integration and hospitality excellence across all Queen City Distillers concepts.

Ritu brings more than 15 years of experience across fine dining, luxury hotels and multi-unit hospitality leadership. She leads the food and beverage strategy, culinary standards and service programming across Queen City Distillers.

Inas Bassiony
With more than 19 years of luxury hospitality experience, including 14 years with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Inas has led guest experience, hotel operations and pre-opening initiatives across Egypt, Pakistan, the Maldives and Saudi Arabia. She oversees the service culture and hospitality standards that connect all Queen City Distillers experiences.

Christopher Tessmer
Chris brings more than 20 years of experience in talent buying, production management and live event programming. His career includes entertainment programming for SaskGaming, leadership roles on the 2022 Grey Cup Street Festival, and work on the production management team for the 2025 Grey Cup. He leads the entertainment strategy and live programming across Queen City Distillers.

Brandon Geerts
Brandon brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in liquor retail, wholesale distribution and supply chain operations. He leads the sales, retail and commercial growth strategies behind Queen City Distillers' beverage business.

Peeush Chawla
Peeush has led culinary teams for luxury resorts and internationally recognized hospitality brands including W Hotels, Sheraton and Jumeirah properties. With experience overseeing multi-concept operations and teams of more than 90 chefs, he now leads the culinary vision, menu development and kitchen operations for Queen City Distillers.

With more than 20 years of fine dining experience, Brian has worked in acclaimed kitchens across London, Spain and Saskatchewan, including within the renowned Gordon Ramsay restaurant group. He leads the cuisine, standards and guest experience behind Queen City Distillers' premium dining concept.

An Advanced Sommelier with more than 25 years of international wine and spirits experience, Yves has lived, studied and worked across many of the world's most respected wine regions. He leads the beverage strategy, wine program and guest beverage experience across Queen City Distillers.

Tatjana Tanasijevic
Tatjana is a Saskatchewan hospitality professional, wine educator and WSET-certified wine specialist with more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, events and beverage leadership. She helps create approachable and memorable wine experiences for guests across the destination.

Chelsey Whittle
A WSET Level 3 graduate and French Wine Scholar, Chelsey has built her career in wine buying, category management, supplier relations and retail leadership. She helps shape product assortment, merchandising and beverage category strategy across Queen City Distillers' retail operations.

Robert Walsh
A respected brewing leader with more than 30 years of experience, Robert previously served as Brewmaster at Brewsters and Head Brewer at Whistler Brewing Company. He oversees brewing operations and production, helping shape the future of Queen City Distillers' craft brewery.

Kiran Shrestha
Kiran brings more than a decade of distilling experience from Old Montreal Distillery (Sazerac), where he served as Lead Distiller. With a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University, he leads product development and distillation for Queen City Distillers' growing spirits portfolio.
