This position is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding product distribution, and strengthening customer relationships within an assigned territory for Queen City Distillers. The Territory Manager develops new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts across retail and hospitality channels. This role serves as the primary representative of the company, executing sales strategies, promotional initiatives, merchandising standards, product education, and customer support to increase brand awareness and market share.

This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse, retail, and delivery operations, including handling inventory, stock shelves, preparing orders, and completing customer deliveries.

The Procurement Manager is responsible for the strategic sourcing, purchasing, contract management, inventory oversight, and vendor performance across all food and beverage outlets and operational departments. This role oversees procurement of food, beverage, liquor, wine, beer, operational supplies, contracted services, and facility-related vendor agreements for all units, including restaurant, sports bar, music venue, speakeasy, wine and cocktail bar, banquet operations, and seasonal programming. The Procurement Manager ensures pricing integrity, contract compliance, cost control, regulatory adherence, and system accuracy while collaborating closely with culinary, beverage, finance, and operations leadership to drive profitability and operational excellence.

The Distiller is responsible for executing all aspects of spirit production, from raw material handling to distillation, proofing, and quality control. This role ensures consistent, high-quality output while maintaining safety, sanitation, and operational efficiency. The distiller works closely with the Master Distiller and production team to support continuous improvement and innovation. The Distiller's responsibilities extend beyond core production and distillation duties, encompassing ancillary tasks as assigned by the Master Distiller to support overall operational needs.
