Distilling has always been at the heart of Queen City Distillers. Today, our spirits are proudly crafted in Saskatchewan, and we're continuing to invest in the future of brewing, distilling, and beverage innovation right here at home.
Currently under development, the future Queen City Distillery & Brewery represents a $25 million investment in advanced production, innovation, and future visitor experiences. Designed with state-of-the-art equipment and automation, the facility will become one of Canada's most modern brewing and distilling operations while creating a dedicated home for the next chapter of Queen City Distillers.
From product development and manufacturing to future guest experiences, the facility will play a central role in how we continue to craft exceptional products and share the prairie spirit with customers across Saskatchewan and beyond.

CAPITAL London Dry Gin
Small-batch London Dry gin distilled in Regina. Botanicals are macerated for up to 48 hours before slow pot distillation, ensuring bold juniper character with vibrant citrus brightness. Bottled at a full-strength 40% ABV, this classic expression balances tradition with a crisp modern finish.

QC Vodka
Prairie wheat vodka made in Regina, SK. We run it through multiple distillations for smoothness, refine with carbon filtration and freeze filter for clarity.
At 34% ABV, it’s built for easy drinking — smooth enough to sip, clean enough to mix.
