QUEEN CITY DISTILLERS - KICK OFF TO SUMMER CONTEST RULES
1. The 2026 Queen City Distillers Kick Off To Summer Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Queen City Distillery Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively, “QCD”). The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. CST on June 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on June 23, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. To enter the Contest, simply: (i) visit QCD’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/p/Queen-City-Distillers-61579203116773/; or QCD’s Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/qcdistillers?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw==; (ii) like the Contest post; and (iii) follow QCD’s Facebook or Instagram page, as applicable. Once you have completed these steps, share the Contest post and you will receive one (1) bonus entry.
3. Each user is limited to one (1) entry, plus one (1) bonus entry for sharing the Contest Post. To be eligible, all entries must be received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
4. The prize consists of four (4) tickets to the Brett Kissel concert at the Young Fellows Kick Off To Summer Concert in Weyburn, Saskatchewan on June 25, 2026 (the “Prize”). The winner will be determined by random selection and announced on June 24, 2026 (the “Draw Date”).
5. QCD will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner of the Prize via their social media account on the Draw Date. Before being declared a winner, you must: (a) correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a skill-testing question; and (b) comply with and agree to be bound by these Contest rules. A selected winner who does not respond to QCD on the Draw Date, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or does not comply with these Contest rules will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen.
6. Entries submitted through Facebook or Instagram will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of such Facebook or Instagram account.
7. This Contest is open to residents of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, who are 19 years of age or older. Employees, representatives and agents of QCD, as well as members of their respective immediate families (legal or common law spouses and children), are not eligible to enter the Contest. This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations, and these Contest rules shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
8. QCD, including its agents, representatives and those associated with them, is not responsible for any entries, Prize winning notices or Prize claims that are late, lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected or illegible, whether or not due to the fault of QCD or of any other person or thing.
9. Entries which are defamatory, harassing, threatening, bigoted, hateful, violent, vulgar, pornographic or otherwise offensive or harmful shall not be submitted and will not be accepted by QCD.
10. QCD reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, or extend the deadline for this Contest, at any time for any reason. If the Contest is terminated or suspended, QCD may select the winner by a random draw from all of the eligible entries received before that time.
11. The Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable and cannot be converted to cash. QCD reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if the Prize is not available for any reason. Winner is responsible for their own transportation and accommodations in attending the Prize.
12. I hereby agree to indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless QCD, and its employees, officers, directors and representatives from and against all claims, injuries, damages, losses and costs, including legal fees, related to or in any way arising out of participation in this Contest including, without limitation, breach of these Contest rules, technical problems with or failure of QCD’s website or social media pages, and the delivery, acceptance and use of the Prize or any travel related thereto. I acknowledge and agree that QCD does not make any guarantees relating to the quality or description of the Prize and QCD disclaims any and all warranties and representations relating to the Prize.
13. Under no circumstances will QCD be required to award more prizes than what is indicated in these Contest rules or award prizes other than in accordance with these Contest rules. QCD retains full discretion on selecting the winner and distributing the Prize.
14. QCD respects your right to privacy. Personal information, including but not limited to, your name, username, image, likeness, email, address and telephone number will only be used by QCD for the purpose of administering this Contest in accordance with QCD’s privacy policy. QCD will not attempt to contact you for any purpose other than to administer this Contest.
15. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By participating in this Contest, I agree to completely release and hold Facebook and Instagram harmless from all liability. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Contest must be directed to QCD and not to Facebook or Instagram.
16. By entering this Contest, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Contest rules.
