Owned by Shaun Semple, we're setting a new standard for hospitality in Saskatchewan—creating a place where creativity, culture, and prairie spirit thrive.

Our Distillery
We’re building one of Saskatchewan's largest brewing and distilling operations. Our 20,000 sq/ft production floor features best-in-class equipment—including a $12M investment in state-of-the-art brewing technology—to create exceptional beverages that make Regina proud.
