About Us

Who we are

Queen City Distillers is Regina's craft distillery, brewery and entertainment destination, bringing together award-winning spirits, elevated dining, live music, and community under one roof. Owned by Shaun Semple, we're setting a new standard for hospitality in Saskatchewan—creating a place where creativity, culture, and prairie spirit thrive.

From the award-winning spirits we distill on-site to the stages we build for local and touring artists, we celebrate local craftsmanship and bold entertainment in every experience we create.

Our Mission:

  • Craft Excellence. Distilling premium spirits that reflect the character of our hometown.

  • Elevated Experiences. Curating spaces for dining, tasting, and discovering.

  • Live Entertainment. Amplifying local talent and attracting touring artists to Regina.

  • Community Connection. Building a gathering place where stories are shared and connections are forged

This is a destination where heritage meets innovation, and every experience tells a story worth remembering.

Our Distillery & Future Brewery

Distilling has always been at the heart of Queen City Distillers. As our vision continues to grow, so does our commitment to crafting exceptional products.

We are making a significant investment in a new Distillery & Brewery that will build on that foundation through expanded operations, innovation, and future visitor experiences. We are creating a dedicated home for the products our customers know and enjoy today, and the ones still to come.
